Licenses & Usage
Digital Product License
All templates and digital assets sold on Sillyweb are provided under a limited license. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products for your own personal or commercial projects, as specified in your purchase agreement.
Prohibited Actions
You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense any of our digital products as standalone assets. Modification for a specific project is allowed, but the underlying code or design remains the intellectual property of Sillyweb and its contributors.
No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products (Framer/Webflow templates), all sales are final. Once a download link has been sent or access granted, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit. Please review the template details and preview thoroughly before making a purchase.
Support & Maintenance
Sillyweb provides limited support for template installation and basic troubleshooting. We do not provide extensive custom design work or development as part of a template purchase. For advanced modifications, you can inquire about our custom project services.
Limitation of Liability
Sillyweb will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
